TOWNSHIP AT COLONY PARK

DD/A provided architectural services to Kerioth Corporation for the design of a two-story, 22,000 SF retail/office building located on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland which is nearing completion. With leasable retail space on the first floor and office space on the second floor, the retail/office structure is one of several buildings designed by DD/A as part of the 95-acre development known as The Township of Colony Park.
Other projects designed for the Township include an office building with restaurant, and a retail complex featuring shops on the ground level and live-above condominiums on the second level
Being developed by Kerioth Corporation, the mixed-use development features housing, public spaces, shopping, work, and recreational opportunities located within comfortable walking distances of one another.
