DD/A provided architectural services for this two-story 162,000 SF SAKS specialty department store located on the famous Las Vegas "strip". The store is the retailer's largest, other than its flagship facility in New York City. SAKS FIFTH AVENUE will serve as an anchor in the upscale mall, The Fashion Show, which includes over 1.75 million SF of expanded and renovated retail space. Construction costs for the building core and shell totalled $28 million.
