DD/A provided architectural services for this two-story 100,000 SF specialty department store located in the most upscale mall in the Columbus, Ohio region. The store is one of several anchor stores in the Polaris Fashion Place, a $200 million, 1.5 million square foot regional mall, which has been recognized as Central Ohio's hottest boutique shopping mall with over 160 fashion shops and 3 main restaurants. Construction costs for the building core and shell totalled $16 million.
