DD/A provided architectural services for this two-story 100,000 SF specialty department store located in an affluent area of suburban Birmingham, Alabama. The store is one of several anchor stores located in The Summit, a new "lifestyle shopping center" designed as an open-air village offering shopping in a pedestrian-friendly, park-like setting. Construction costs for the building core and shell totalled $15 million.
