MANNSDALE VILLAGE

To be located on Highway 463 at Gluckstadt Road just north of the historic Chapel of the Cross, the concept behind this major mixed-use development is a turn-of-the-century "town square" concept.
Encompassing 24 acres, the Mannsdale Village design captures the character of a small southern town with retail shops surrounding a central core building reminiscent of a county courthouse. Additional buildings on the east side of the site will provide office space.
The development will include Mannsdale Mercantile Market, a grocery store, drug store, and a variety of restaurants/eaterys. Traditional turn-of-the-century building designs will feature brick as the predominant building material, but also utilizing some stone features along with wrought iron balconies, handrails and decorative elements.
