CITY CENTRE The firm provided full A/E, interior design and landscape architecture services for this major project in the Central Business District of Jackson, MS, which encompassed the renovation, redesign and joining together of two 1950's vintage office buildings (10 and 12 stories, respectively) into a single unified complex. Phase I renovation of the former Milner Building cost $10.1 million and created 134,037 SF of class "A" office space, while Phase II renovation of the former Petroleum Building cost $8 million and resulted in 142,640 SF of prime office space, plus a spacious atrium lobby which connects the completed north and south office towers.
