Materials for the four-story, 74,000 SF building included pre-cast panels on the first floor and EIFS and a curtain wall system on the upper three floors.

Health care services provided in spaces on the first floor include Skin Care, Ambulatory Surgery, and Occupational/Physical Therapy. Plastic Surgery Associates is located within 14,600 SF of space on the second floor, with another 14,000 SF of usable space being shelled-in on the third floor for future tenants.
