DD/A provided full A/E, interior design and landscape architecture services for this 10,000 SF office building. Situated along the scenic Highland Colony Parkway and surrounded by upscale residential communities, the single-story structure provides office and meeting space as well as storage space for records.

The richly articulated exterior of the $1.2 million facility features a palette of materials including brick and precast stone masonry plaster accents and metal roofing. Double-hung residential style windows are shaded by steel trellises and were designed to maintain a traditional atmosphere and a discreet scale appropriate for the surroundings.
