The firm provided full A/E, interior design and landscape architecture services for this $21.3 million office building which houses one of the State's largest agencies.

The 10-story facility features 242,000 SF of office space and accommodates 20 divisions of the 600-employee Department of Transportation, and includes a 628-car parking structure.

Design of the project was particularly challenging since the new structure is located on a site within the Capitol Complex across from the historic Mississippi State Capitol. The design solution features an exterior facade of precast concrete panels which are meticulously and sensitively detailed to capture the classical elements of the Capitol Building, while also relating compatibly in terms of color, texture and scale.
