The firm provided full A/E services including master planning, landscape architecture and interior design for this 120,000 SF class "A" office building dramatically situated to take advantage of lakeside amenities.

Building configuration follows the contour.of the lake, thus maximizing the number of corner executive suites with dynamic lake views. The landscape design for the project is particularly noteworthy and features a multi-level terrace designed for various types of lakeside activities, a jogging track and abundant plant materials.

The project was completed on an accelerated schedule at a cost of $10 million by utilizing a fast-track construction delivery system.

• The project was awarded the American Society of Landscape Architects Centennial Medallion for outstanding landscape architecture design.

• The Interior Design division of the firm received an award from the regional chapter of American Society of Interior Designers for interior design excellence.
