DD/A provided full A/E and interior design services for this 72,000 SF class "A" office building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Jackson. The building is the second phase of a two-phase development designed for The Mattiace Company.

The two-story facility features a structural steel frame sheathed in architectural pre-cast panels and tinted high performance glass. Constructed at a cost of $8 million, each floor provides approximately 36,000 SF of usable office space.
