DD/A provided full A/E, interior design and landscape architecture services for this Medical Office Building/Ambulatory Surgery Center. The 14,000 SF A.S.C. is a single specialty facility serving the primary tenant -- Plastic Surgery Associates, whose tenant area includes 14,600 SF of office space as well as a Skin Care Center and Spa. A 7,400 SF Occupational Physical Therapy Center for the adjacent River Oaks Hospital occupies a portion of the first floor.
The 74,000 SF building was constructed for $8 million.
