Construction is now complete on this major project for Baptist’s downtown campus. DD/A provided comprehensive A/E, interior design and landscape architecture services for this 207,000 SF medical tower for Baptist Health Systems. The $55.6 million, six-story facility will accommodate Heart Services and Women's Services for the medical center.
The Heart Services component includes the following new areas:
• Main Entry and Drop-off
• Outpatient Cardiac Unit
• 24-bed Interventional Unit
• 6-bed Cardiovascular Unit
• 10-bed ICU unit
• Non-Invasive Cardiac Unit
• Nuclear Radiological Unit
The Women’s Services component includes the following new areas:
• Main Entry and Drop-off
• 19-bed Mother/Baby Suites
• 32-bed NICU
• Wellbaby Nursery
• C-Section Rooms (2) and Recovery
