DD/A is providing full architectural services for the design of this major condominium resort located on Beach Boulevard in Pass Christian, MS. The $80 million complex is sited on 6.94 acres and will feature 200 units in a variety of sizes and price ranges. Comprised of seven levels, two parking and five resident levels, the building will feature two swimming pools, two tennis courts, spa and fitness center.

The five resident levels will offer one, two and three bedroom units each having generous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from private balconies.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring of 2008.
