MIXED-USE DEVELOPEMENT
Gulfport, Mississippi
DD/A provided preliminary design work for this large-scale mixed-use development on a strategic site along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Several alternative schemes were developed to be evaluated in order to optimize the mix and quantity of the primary components of the proposed complex, including class “A” office space, an open-air pedestrian plaza served by up-scale retail shops and restaurants, a residential condominium building and related on-site structured parking.
The construction cost of the total complex as envisioned will exceed $100 million.
