HOLIDAY INN HOTEL

This three and five-story, 250-room hotel design captured the imagination of Durham County residents and travelers due to its incorporation of design features familiar to the region.

Strong public acceptance of the $8 million Holiday Inn pleased both the developer, Flautt Properties of Memphis, TN, and the Holiday Inn corporate organization. Interior design for the 156,000 SF hotel was provided by Designers II, Atlanta, GA.

The project was contracted with and produced by the predecessor entity of Dean/Dale and Dean Architects, P.A.
