This 5-story, 220 suite Embassy Suites Hotel was constructed in Memphis, TN, at the intersection of Shady Grove and Poplar Avenue. Features of the 180,000 SF hotel include 15,000 SF atrium, 2,500 SF restaurant to accommodate 110 persons, and 3,500 SF of banquet/meeting space.
The hotel site is part of the Ragalia Center Development, therefore, the exterior design and materials were developed to be compatible with the Ragalia's design standards, featuring copper roofs, granite entry area, and interior atrium utilizing a landscaped rock and waterscape design
The $9.1 million hotel facility was developed by Embassy Suites, Inc., Dallas, TX.
The project was contracted with and produced by the predecessor entity of Dean/Dale and Dean Architects, P.A.
