EMBASSY
SUITES HOTEL Embassy Suites' Walt Disney World Resort is a six-story, 280-suite facility located on a site between Sea World and the Disney World exit along I-4 in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The hotel is a high-profile property since all traffic from the airport to Disney World must pass by the facility site. Features of the hotel include a 10,000 SF interior atrium with cafe for 200, complimentary and cash bars, and a 6,000 SF meeting area with banquet and Board Rooms. A 1.5 acre lake was developed with fountains and decks, and future amenities are planned to include a jogging trail and exercise course. The hotel encompasses 225,000 SF and was developed by Embassy Suites, Inc. for $14 million. The design character of the facility expresses a contemporary Spanish colonial influence with a Caribbean resort feel that features a pastel stucco exterior, white tile roofs, and colored accents. The project was contracted with and produced by the predecessor entity of Dean/Dale and Dean Architects, P.A. |
