EAGLE RIDGE EXECUTIVE TRAINING & CONFERENCE CENTER

The firm provided full A/E, master planning, landscape architecture and interior design services for this 67,144 SF executive training and conference center designed on a wooded site overlooking a lake and golf course near the main campus of the state's largest community college.
The $6 million facility provides a state-of-the-art, high-tech environment for training and conferencing needs for business and industrial clientele and educational institutions. Features of the center include three conference rooms, nine classrooms of varying sizes, a large hotel-type lobby/living room, kitchen and dining facilities to serve over 200, auditorium to seat 200, and overnight guest rooms to accommodate 55.
