SQUADRON OPERATIONS/DINING FACILITY
Jackson, Mississippi

The firm provided full A/E and landscape architecture services for this 22,222 SF Squadron Operations Center and Dining Hall for the Air National Guard at Thompson Field in Jackson, MS. The facility houses Secure Command Post utilized by the Crisis Action Team (CAT) responsible for all flight operations during emergency situations.

Features of the $2.34 million center include five classrooms, locker room/dressing area/shower for pilots, auditorium/air crew briefing area, dining hall facility (with seating for 242), kitchen (with serving capacity of 720).
