McCOMAS THEATER/COMMUNICATION BUILDING

The firm provided full A/E, master planning, interior design and landscape architecture services. The original master plan for the project totalled $16 million and called for consolidation of the theater, art, music and communication departments into one complex.

The $4.5 million Phase I building encompasses 63,900 SF and features a theater, art gallery and classroom building for the Communication Department.

The fully equipped state-of-the-art performing theater seats 550 persons and includes full support functions from chorus/dressing area, costume and make-up labs, sound and light control rooms to rehearsal hall, scene shop, and "Green Room".
