The firm provided full A/E services, including overall program and master plan for this totally new campus branch for Hinds Community College. A four-phase campus master plan was developed for a 50 acre site just east of Jackson at a projected cost in excess of $8 million.

Phase I of the project was the 80,000 SF, $3.9 million Vocational and Technical Center facility which features a wide variety of administrative areas and classrooms with adjoining shops for 14 technical programs of instruction.

• The project received an Honor Award for design excellence from the Mississippi Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
